Damage deposit on an event is $300. It must be received at the time of booking. The permit holder for the hall is to provide a $2,000,000.00 liability insurance certificate, co-insured with the Town of Georgina. If alcohol is to be served, you must comply with the Town alcohol policy agreement; a copy of a liquor license and smart serve information is required.

Udora/ Leaskdale Lions Available for Bar Service – Call Russ Burton at 905-830-2862. The Hall must be cleaned and left the way you find it. All damages must be reported to the rental agent as soon as possible. The Hall will be inspected before the Deposit is returned.

Cleaning service is available – contact Rental Agent. Cheques are payable to Udora Community Hall. Full payment must be made ten days in advance of function. Deposit will be held if function canceled less than 30 days before date of event. Fees may vary at the discretion of the Udora Hall Board.

RESOURCES AVAILABLE The hall is wheel chair accessible, has a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bar areas, dishes, cutlery and resources to serve 200 people.
